Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

First time coming this season. Ordered quite a bit and everything looked great till I noticed my Reeses concrete looked half eaten already. Didn't complain because I know the workers work hard just would of liked a full cup of icecream 🤣🙏 #UPDATE Owner was very nice and we recieved coupons for next visit. Hope to be back soon.

My family and I love Rita’s, and my wife is an Ice Cream aficionado. We enjoy the Root Beer Ice and a Reese’s Concrete...today the Concrete size cup was super small. Trying not to be rude I did speak to the manager and tell him that the concretes I was given were the wrong size. He tried to convince me that they have always been the size I was given. We were just here 05.20.2025 around 1230 in the afternoon. The worker that was taking the orders was EXTREMELY snooty and rude. Slammed the window, made us feel rushed, I asked for one large and one small and she gave me two larges charging both of them as large, and gave me no time what so ever after getting my ice cream to ask for napkins or lids, she just slammed the window shut immediately. Terrible customer service but the ice cream was still good.

Quick friendly service. Great selection of flavors, something for everyone. Fairly pricey. Otherwise, they would get a 5 star rating.

The staff is always pleasant, flavor profile is wide, counters are clean, and service is quick. The area is also very scenic with multiple places to enjoy your treat.
