Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Stopped by for a quick gelati fix with my sister's and daughter and the customer service is incredible. Competent, efficient, and kindness you just don't see often enough anymore. Another reason to keep going to this location other then their reliable mint chocolate chip stock. Thank you for making my day!

I stood in front of the window for about 6 minutes while nobody took the time to help me. Finally I knocked on the window and a woman came from the back on a phone and looked at me and walked out of view. Meanwhile it's 100° out and all I'm trying to do is patronize a local business. After 3 more minutes I knock on the window again and the woman finally ask me what I need. No apology or acknowledgment of the situation. I bought 6 quarts and they were out of two of the most popular flavors. It takes 20 more minutes to scoop the six quarts then they are placed on the counter without the employee writing down what flavors they are. I asked that she write down what is what and please place everything in a bag so I can get everything home. For some strange reason she doesn't double bag 6 quarts

Stopped at good old Rita’s for a some Watermelon water ice and I wanted to try their Black Raspberry Custard! Sounds yummy doesn’t it?! The other flavor is Sugar free Tangerine. (Not for me, lol)

I have nothing but great things to say about this Rita’s. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. The customer service of the whole team of girls is excellent. Thank you so much girls!

Love Rita’s water ice. Great flavors, awesome location. Love the pretzel’s. People who work there are very nice!
