Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I really don’t think this franchise owner cares. I’ve been to this location twice, both times SUPER SLOW service. This time they had no vanilla ice cream which is insane to me. Only getting two stars instead of one because I love Rita’s flavor.

Great place to beat the heat with cold sweets! Many variety of types,flavors and toppings. Love the Concrete Strawberry Shortcake!

Service was quick and sweet treats were delicious. The shaved ice had a very smooth consistency which I personally enjoy more than the crunchy chunks of ice at other snow cone locations! If you haven’t tried them, definitely see what they have to offer this summer!

Support small business they say. Yes I totally agree but… let’s not charge for a large a whole dollar more when it just looks like a small. Very inconsistent out of all the times I have been here. The custard is good but the service and amount given is never consistent. I suggest ya’ll follow a guideline when serving your products otherwise people will stop visiting your establishment.

Rita’s is my favorite ice cream but I haven’t been able to try it here because they’re CONSTANTLY having issues. One time they closed at 6pm even though online it said 9 and the sign on their window said 8. The girl working said it was for the holiday weekend but why didn’t they update their sign?! Went in the next day and they said their ice cream machine was down now. When I asked when it would be fix the person working seemed like he had no idea what was going on and said it may be down for weeks?! Constantly terrible service which is a shame because previous Rita’s chains are usually so welcoming and well taken care of
