Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This is probably the 5th time we have come here this year and I have not had a single good experience yet so this is my last time coming to this location. First the service here has been terrible all year not sure of the name but the small girl that has red hair repeated my order back to me 3 times and still ended up making it wrong as I watched her go to the chocolate side notice it was empty and then decided to just give me vanilla instead as I watched another worker go and see it was empty and go and refill the machine herself since I guess the other worker didn’t feel like doing it and just give customers what she felt like getting. I have issues with anxiety and anger so trying to ask her to remake it was out of the question cause I didn’t feel like dealing with her attitude since she

My granddaughter took the advice of the young lady in front of us & got the rocket pop water ice although she did add unicorn sprinkles. This was my first experience with unicorn sprinkles & they are a unique experience. I opted for the cheesecake & banana twirl custard. It didn't disappoint. My daughter got the mango & vanilla custard dessert. I tried it & was secretly jealous!!! I've never been disappoint by this location. The employees & desserts never miss the mark!

there gelatia is out of this world so good fresh fruit in a cup with custard on top so good delish

On a hot day it is always nice to stop and get some Rita's w/ the kids. There are benchs so you can enjoy your treats outside. Staff has always been very patient with my kids when they order.

The nicest workers ever with a nice little shaded area with benches and tables to enjoy.
