Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Very helpful workers, the 2 young men. I had the gummy bear ice and vanilla custard. Ritas is literally my favorite.

My first visit with my 3 kids. I found my new favorite spot. I got the Swedish Fish ice and loved it. My daughters got a Cotton Candy Ice and a gelati. My 5 year old got a vanilla custard. We all loved it. Plan to go back lots this summer because they have plenty on the menu I'm looking forward to trying. I highly recommend.

Rita's is always great! Staff is very friendly and always make it my way. Meaning they mix the desserts to my liking without saying they can't do that! Like some other icecream parlors! 7/18/20 tonight was different went there and I purchased a quart of custard and when I went to dish it out the middle of the container was hollowed. I'm not to happy right Now. I took pictures and surely will show them . I'll see what they will do.

The only reason I come to this store is for the strawberry custard and every time I come to this store they say the machine will be fixed soon. It has been over 10 months and the machine is still not fixed. Please do something about this.

I'm feeling some type of way with this place. My friend wanted to get some kind of ice cream and I told the cashier at the front. She said that our total is $4.89. So we gave her the $5.00 bit I said I have the change too. The cashier was rude and gave her 11¢ after I just told her I have change. She closed her drawer and ignored me completely. I love Rita's but I will never come back to this one again.
