Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I just went tonight to get my toddler and I some water ice, I ordered my toddlers first and said can I please have a kid size cotton candy and a small mint chocolate chip misto? And they scooped me a small size water ice not kids size which I don’t like to give my daughter that much she’s young and I said is this a kid size it looks bigger? And they said back rudely “no you ordered a small” no? I ordered a kids size for sure positive of it and they wouldn’t fix it wouldn’t charge me for a kid cup and were not customer service friendly at all. Shocking because I’ve never had this rude experience here!

Perfectly made gelato! Nice service and no line. Mango is the best flavor hands down.

There were bugs in my water ice wish they could have done better

My issue is with the flavor selection that is available to customers. I am a big fan of the Unicorn flavored water ice, however it seems to be more difficult to find than an actual living Unicorn. It is literally never available or on the menu and the even the staff has no idea when or if it will be available. From a customer's perspective that is ridiculous!

Very quick. A long line quickly formed behind us as my family was ordering. We sat on the benches there to enjoy our treats and I watched how the Rita's team "knock out" the line with ease. Many flavors of custard and water ice to choose from. They were busy and efficient! People left happy, including us. 😊
