Excellent service, great staff and the best quality of water ice. They always have a variety of flavors, soft pretzels, and a warm smile. Check them out. My favorite Rita’s.

Prices are more expensive here. We ordered a 5-layer gelati but asked for them to put It in a bigger cup because the cup they choose for It is so small and causes the Italian ice to just melt down the sides and make It a sticky mess, especially in the car when we take It home. But the guy just cut us off and refused to even hear our explanation as to why we asked. Bad customer service

They tried to charge me more, numerous of times it’s always been a problem at this place. The tablet said the price was $9 but when he saw me holding a $10 bill he tried to charge me $10. When i called him out for it, he just went silent and gave me back my change. They hate taking coupons as well lol. Be careful of spending your money at the place.
