Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I think this is the first time I've seen a Rita's that you can go inside. This location has the nicest girls working there. The store was cute with this big chalk board wall plus it looked nice and clean. My son got a Reese's concrete. I'm not typically an ice cream person but I thought it was really good and of course he loved it.

I stopped by for a coffee custard at the grand opening of Rita’s Italian ice in Eagleview (Exton) it was delicious! I usually get the lemon ice, which is also great. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and the store is super clean and immaculate! It’s in a great location as well. I will definitely come back for more.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Rita’s Ice Cream, specifically at the Exton location. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. There were three employees visibly rushing to close and putting things away well before the 9 PM closing time. I arrived to get custard, only to find the machine had already been unplugged mind you all before 9 PM. To make matters worse, the one employee who did assist us was extremely rude and seemed more focused on rushing us out than providing any kind of customer service. As a business owner and operator myself, I would never allow my staff to shut down early simply because they want to leave. I just had the best experience at Rita’s thanks to Tristyn! She went above and beyond with her amazing customer service and super friendly attitude. Her lovely smile made my day, and the Reese’s Mudslide she made for me was absolutely perfect, delicious and exactly what I needed. Tristyn is a gem and definitely makes Rita’s even sweeter!

I love this Rita’s usually, but it said it closed at 10:00pm online and we arrived at 9:20 and they were closing doors and said they closed early. We were not the only customers there and were very disappointed.
