Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Employees were extremely nice, love that they have ice cream sandwiches Togo in a fridge and pints of custard you can also take home with you now

I have never had a gelati before (Italian ice and custard) until tonight. Not sure why I waited so long to try it! Amazing The custard and the concretes are so good too The staff at this location is so friendly. We love it here

This seems like a nice location and the staff was friendly. I’m just disappointed with the amount of custard i was served. $13.65 for 2 large vanilla custards with sprinkles. I get home and see the cups half filled. I loved Rita’s and was saddened to see this as I’ve never experienced this before.

Update after management replied: being near the end of the season is a lame excuse for having so few flavors. I am seeing this be a complaint ALL THROUGHOUT your season. Also failed to reply about the other problems happening at this location. Just go to another ice place like Opie’s for better service and variety. 1. Not very many flavor options to choose from 2. Setting is a little scrappy (the employees try their best to keep it clean, but the inside is ugly and there’s a trailer attachment just sitting in the drive thru area) 3. The girl serving me was very nice, but the one manning the cash register yesterday at around 4 PM was very curt and just wanted me out of there. I’m coming from the Rita’s in Annapolis where there’s many more flavor options available, and there’s no seating i
