Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This was my first time there in awhile and the young ladies working there were very pleasant and my service was quick! There was no line, which was great and my order came up really fast! Got 2 items but ate one before I could take the picture! 🤣🤣

Yummy water ice every single time I go!

I come to this Rita’s often as I live in the area. The customer service is not always this poor, however it has been lately. This time was my last straw. The young lady did not make what I requested and when I kindly told her, she offered to make me what I asked for but in a smaller size. I then asked for a refund instead and then she agreed to correct the order. Her attitude towards became hostile as if I were wrong as a customer. She slammed utensils and things as she prepared the correct order and didn’t say two words to me. I even thanked her for correcting the order and it was silence. Very unwelcoming energy. My family and I will not be back to this Rita’s ever again.

My husband and I have the best service today. The employee who help us was patient and so nice. Letting us sample different flavors, now I have a new favorite cheesecake with strawberry colada!

Terrible service here, won't be back 👎👎
