Ordered XLarge Gelato got a large! The blizzard was the wrong size as well! Very disappointed! I highly suggest you look at your menu in store! It says EXTRA LARGE AT THE 5 LAYER GELATI! AND $15 FOR 6 SMALL COOKIE SANDWICHES! THATS INSANE! I WILL TAKE MY BUISNESS TO Family owned places!
We love going to Rita’s! I take my daughters and they get so excited every time. The treats are delicious, refreshing, and perfect for a fun family outing. Definitely one of our favorite spots.
Me and my boyfriend went to this Rita’s for the first time since we live in Mertztown and always go to the Kutztown location and we were blown away by the service!the 2 that served us named Libby and Giovani were amazing when serving us. Fast, polite and friendly were something that described the service we were faced with. We definitely recommend.
2 kids at best run this place at any given time. There are no managers present and no adult supervision and the children running the store are easily confused and do not make good decisions in taking orders and serving.
1.50 for jimmies ,I could buy a whole thing ff 🤔 😳
