Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Customer service was very poor. The young lady acted like she had a problem with us after I told her the other Rita's on Blackwood/Clementon Road was still taking the coupons from the newspaper because of COVID-19 interrupting the 'coupon period'. I have NEVER felt such COLD SHOULDER service in my 40 years of living. 🧐 I was really upset and wanted to say something to her but I decided not to stoop to her level. Oddly though, she must of said Something to her co-workers because they all turned around and looked at me and my husband as we were leaving. That REALLY made me angry and I though about going back to her window, but I didn't. Me and my husband just went home. But I will Never spend my money at THAT Rita's Italian Ice again. Back for more! Nothing better on a hot summer night! Love the pumpkin pie water ice! Never saw it anywhere else so thought it would make a great gelati, it did!! Staff at the Sicklerville location is always friendly and quick!

We chose this location because of their selection custard. We had no idea they close their custard machines off early. I asked what time they close them and they said five minutes before closing. It was not five minutes before closing and still many people in line. Water Ice was great but service of the staff was disappointing.

Everything here does taste delicious!! I am kind of sad though that the last few times we have come and got custard that the cups have not really been filled up the way they used to be. I just chalk this up to COVID as everything else is shrinking as well in most stores (except price). By the way this was a concrete and not what I was referring to. This was Amazing!!

This location always has a diverse variety of menu options! The owners are also super sweet and accommodating - if I call in advance I'm able to request a specific flavor be made if I let them know when I will be there. I've always had great customer service from all the staff members as well! The birthday cake concrete is to die for!
