This is my first experience at Rita’s and staff was so helpful in finding right flavors. RJ, Danielle, and Chloe were had quick service and patient while decided. Will visit again on my stay here in Rehoboth Beach!
Always refreshing and the servers were very nice and knowledgeable on the product Good job!
Portion was smaller than the one at other Rita’s franchises Staff was courteous but overall not great
Order a large custard cone asked it this was really the large was told yes by the gentleman who made my order. I knew that wasn’t a large but for the sake of arguing I just kept the cone an will no revisit this location. Water was all over the back floor area I alerted staff only to have the lady on staff reply in a smart agitated tone I know.Sorry that the safety of the customers isn’t a priority.
The staff were friendly and bathrooms clean. Table space is limited. Most people get their ice and leave. The bathroom was clean. I had the flight with custard. An area favorite.
