Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rita's was a lifesaver on a scorcher of a day! Their Italian ice is perfectly refreshing – intense fruit flavors that are icy cold and absolutely delicious. The frozen custard is like music to my ears (and taste buds) – rich, creamy, and so decadent. The staff was friendly and super efficient, and the whole experience was a breeze. Rita's offers great value for such high-quality treats – can't wait to go back!

Small Rita's location with no eat-in dining but they have tables outside. The crew is super friendly and helpful and the service is quick. The parking lot is a bit tight but I have always managed to find a spot.

** DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY ** I have a severe cocoa allergy and one of the things I ask before I order is if the place of business is capable of accommodating. I would have no issues if the lady at the counter, I said no, we cannot accommodate you . Rita’s said they could make sure that my order was safe for me to consume but clearly didn’t take the allergen seriously. I am lucky my service dog was able to alert me to the contaminated product. They did remake my order, but this could have been a DEADLY mistake. I attached pictures of where a Cup of vanilla custard clearly has dripped of a chocolate custard on the outside of it.

If you love Itialian ice, this is the place for you! I'm not such a big fan of it, but their custard is also great. For the first week of Spring this year, anyone who had their app could get a free Italian ice. My sisters got their cotton candy and unicorn flavors and I got the mango flavor. They were all good. I've also tried their cookie dough flavor, and despite my love for cookie dough, it didn't really work out for me in an Italian ice.

This place is amazing. The frozen custard hit the spot. It is located in a strip mall and they do not have indoor dining nor a restroom. They have window service and picnic tables outside. I like this place but wish they had indoor dining and a restroom. The ice cream was totally amazing though!
