Rita's Italian Ice

I've been waiting for the cookies and creme ice for 50 months for my favorite gelati combination. And it's finally here, and they don't have any large cups? And instead forces me into a small???????? When they should provide me two smalls for said large. What kind of mom and pop shop operation is going on here. <///3

Don’t bother going to the Berwick location. They make up their own hours and close whenever they feel like it without giving any notice to their customers. Went there tonight and the girls that were there closed two hours early when their signs and website said they were open until 9pm. They also didn’t bother to put up a sign that said they were closing early. Seems like the two employees that were working just didn’t want to work til 9pm.

Always a good treat to be had. The waitress was a sweet lady and pleasant. I wanted to tip her but had no cash on me. I could not add it on to my receipt. Bummer. This needs to be fixed!

Nice new place. Friendly people. But they don't fill the cup. I paid for a LG ice cream in a cup., its not fill. Mind you I get 6 ice creams/ ice everytime I go. (Big family) spend $28... I think ill go out the Bloomsburg still or just go to May's. I love Rita's but pay for a LG should get a LG.

Berwick location seems to give much smaller portions than Bloomsburg. A small cone was $4.39 and it was the size of a baby cone. This is the second and last time for me here. The custard is delicious though.
