Rise Woodfire Pizza & Rotisserie

Imma day late on this but, you know?!? I saw this place on Bay Area Check Please. The pizza that was shown is what cause my attention . Ish looked HELLA good. Plus, I never had wood fire pizza. The lady an I came here to eat on 11/11/25 at bout 12/1230p. It wasn’t too busy. Was pretty good crowd. Had bout a <10min wait. Not bad. We had the wood fire buffalo wings and the wood fire Brussels sprouts to start. Both were dope. Seasoned very well. I had the Carne pizza(which was the all meat) with extra cheese. Nice and meaty. My lady had the vegetarian pizza(nah! I ain’t try that). She loved it. The dough was cool. I’d say it was priced well. My personal gripe and why I only gave four stars was they don’t have a soda fountain for refills. Food is nice. I mos def will be back. Thanks to Bay Are

Delicious pizza, good portion sizes, great atmosphere, and well staffed. Only can be loud sometimes due to the train. Usually easy parking. I love the mushroom pizza with honey and chicken parm.

Very noisy. We were seated in a separate area from the main dining room, and even with a small dining crowd, it was loud. Food was OK, but nothing special. One couple ordered a pizza to split, and my wife and I got our food and had it almost eaten before their pizza arrived. Server came and explained that their pizza had to be remade as the first one burned. Server was preoccupied. We had planned to get dessert, but eventually walked up to the cashier area and paid. Our server was chatting in the hall. Menu looked great, but we won’t return.

Everything I ordered was delicious (see photos). I am a pizza snob and this pizza did not disappoint! My only issue is I sat at the bar and there was only one bar tender and it was pure chaos for her. She handled the crowd extremely well. I recommend they have two bar tenders during busy hours like the Friday night dinner rush. If you are looking for a solid menu with different options outside of pizza, I recommend giving this place a try.
