Rise Up Artisan Bread

Had a few days at the Airbnb located by the bakery. It’s a very pleasant experience, reminiscent of a well established rural European settlement. Truly an intentional community.

BEST BREAD, EVER. Sourdough is addictive and you won’t want to buy any others… has that real light and authentic fresh flavor with true puffy pockets. Mmm mmm, thank you!

Best bread in Southern Oregon! Their sourdough is delicious and has the perfect crunch with a soft middle. I’ve throughly enjoyed all the breads from them so far. Even the gluten free loaf is bomb. Love the variety, quality of ingredients, nice people and smell wafting from the booth at market.

Like other folks have said, simply “THE BEST!!!” Bread ever. We get to Grants Pass Growers Market early so we can get our Rogue Sourdough for the week. And their pizza dough is also amazing. The people who stuff their booth are very nice and friendly too, reflecting the positive vibe of this bakery. Rise Up’s well created website tells the bakery’s story and their inspiring philosophy.
