Rise & Grind Herbalife

We were in the area and I was thirsty so we stopped in. I was looking for a tea shop and this place came up on Google Maps. I didn't realize what we stepped into until we spoke to the nice girl behind the counter. We both live active lifestyles and eat decently healthy so we don't feel the need to drink meal-replacement shakes or energizing teas. We ordered anyway, because like I said--I was parched. We had just spent all day biking. There isn't any nutritional information listed and the staff is unsure about the actual nutritional content of the drinks. I'm pretty skeptical of health food places that don't have this information at the ready. It's cute how they stack the flavors but I still thought it tasted too sweet. I agree with other reviews that something is off about this location. Took forever to get served, seemed only one employee was actually working. People are in a hurry but sure prioritize making peanut butter balls over the customer right in front of you. Was also condescendingly asked to show proof of the venmo I sent which no other herbalife has ever done. Really rude unwelcoming and slow.

I love all of the other locations, but this one needs improvement. They were understaffed and missed my wellness profile appointment without letting me know until I had already arrived and was waiting in line. I understand customer service can be stressful, but it’s important to treat every customer with respect, even when things are busy. At the very least, don’t take it out on me because my appointment was forgotten by you. Also it would be nice if you included a public service/military discount.

Great shakes and teas! Nice staff

As I was sitting under a shade tree sweating buckets of fluid, I thought, I need a milkshake. Pulled up a McDonald's and started over when I was distracted by some colorful tents in what looked like an upscale mall. Pulled into a car show. I wandered around and then spotted the Rise and Grind. Sounded better that a chocolate shake. And so it was. A Lemon Cupcake protein shake with a shot of Orange Mandarin Aloe. It so satisfied my desire for a milkshake and it was really tasty like a lemon cupcake! I am so glad to have stumbled into this establishment. The staff was super helpful in the decision making process.
