Rise and Shine Cafe

The fried pickles and home made ranch is awesome! Very light crispy coating. The burger is good and fresh with real beef. Very good iced caramel macchiato! Delish! Recommend!

Traveling through for work . Stopped for a break and bite to eat. Walking in you get a homely atmosphere! Restaurant and bathroom is very clean ! Service was wonderfully prompt!! Questions about any food was answered 😋 and enjoyed the music!

I honestly do not know where to begin with this review. When I tell you that this little mom and pop establishment is the best thing going on this end of the state of Arkansas, I’m not exaggerating. Rise & Shine is worth the drive. If they were 10 miles closer to me, I would eat there at least 5 days a week some days twice. The staff is supper friendly and go over and beyond with customer service. The cook, on each time I visited has always made sure that the food is fresh and hot. Not lukewarm but hot. I have only lived in De Queen a few months but since stumbling upon this establishment which is about 15 minutes away from me, I have yet to be disappointed. Ladies, keep up the good work. I will be back next week for more.

My partner and I drive by this place at least once a week and have been meaning to stop - we finally did. We should have arrived earlier in the morning to sample from their breakfast menu (they stop serving breakfast after a certain time) but there is a decent lunch/dinner menu that worked well for us. They made fresh coffee while we were there which was a huge plus. I ordered a Reuben sandwich with fries and I can't say enough good things about the fries - but the sandwich was also great. The fries were much better than I expected, they were not smothered in salt. The sandwich was tasty. My partner ordered a chicken wrap which she said was wonderful. We plan on another visit.

We have really enjoyed this little country cafe. Food has been good along with the service. We have enjoyed the daily specials. Try the pizza. Kids have enjoyed it also.
