Ripon Library has the best children's section. The librarians are kind and helpful. A calm space for studying.

This place slaps. The preschool story time seemed to pick more slow paced stories but there was more kid engagement by the story reader than at Mantecas story time. However, it doesn't have Manteca story times play time afterward, where they bring out a ton of toys and playdoh and stuff. They do have interesting things like a play tent and pretend campfire and great summer reading prizes and the Osmos setup for an iPad (just one iPad, keep in mind) so they are much cooler to hang out in once storytime is over than Manteca. Definitely check out the summer reading program!

Melinda, Alicia, the rest of the local crew, and the County do an outstanding job of making the public library a community asset. Paper books, yes, but also electronic lending, Kanopy for cutting edge literary films, academic databases, and events that build excitement for learning, creativity and camaraderie. Even during Covid-19, they are safely providing fantastic community enrichment.

The librarians were so friendly and helpful during our visit. The library is welcoming and fun for the kids. We’re looking forward to coming back for the activities.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facility including restroom and parking lot. WiFi is excellent. Tons of useful resources, nice study rooms, and story time for the youngsters. Excellent place for studying or even working.
