Rinconcito Paisa #1. Bandeja Paisa

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Colombian restaurant, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was flavorful, authentic, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect ambiance to enjoy a relaxed meal. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Our server, Silvia, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s rare to find a place that excels in food, service, and atmosphere all at once, but this restaurant definitely does. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Colombian dining experience!

We had the most incredible experience at this Colombian restaurant! 🇨🇴✨ From the moment we walked in, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was beyond amazing; rich, authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Every bite felt like a true taste of Colombia. You can tell they put so much love and care into every dish! The service was just as outstanding. Our waitress, Silvia, made the entire experience even more special. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She gave fantastic recommendations, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us like family. Silvia truly went above and beyond! The soup is amazing! Diana is an awesome server. Even though we don’t speak Spanish, the is no problem to communicate. Last but not least, all dishes are so delicious

Went back with my family and had the worse experience. They took forever to take my order and the food wasn’t as great as my first visit. To make matters worse, the server decided to clean the glass door with windex as I sat less than a foot away. I saw the spritz of the windex hit my soup and turned around and asked the lady if she can do her cleaning when we were done with our food. It’s true what they say “common sense is not so common”. Before sitting down, I had requested their famous chicken broth to have ready while I ate. I explained I was feeding this to my handicap mother or cannot eat solid and needed to be room temperature, however they forgot and I had to take it scorching hot. Once I requested my bill, I expressed my disappointment with the host but she did not seem to care.

Alejandra was great! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me and sat me down at a table, and served me the essential “caldito” to start with my water. She was very attentive in following up to take my order afterwards. I got the famous “Bandeja Paisa” which offers a variety of options all in one dish. As soon as I started digging in, she circled back to check up on me and ask how I’m liking it, as I should because I loved it! It was amazingly cooked to perfection. The service was great, the vibes were on point and the food is authentic, true to their Colombian roots. If you’re looking for such things, this is the original spot which is why it’s literally #1 in the area.
