Rincon el Guajiro

We were looking to find some local authentic food on our way home and came across Rincon el Guajiro; it was INCREDIBLE!!! Real authentic Cuban food like my abuela used to make. We ordered a Cuban sandwich, pan con bistec res, croquettes de jamon, empandas de carne and they even had Materva. Everything was very fresh, hot, flavorful and amazing. The owner was so kind, felt like I was coming over to her house for lunch. Will be stopping by every chance I get, highly highly recommend! Trust me it is worth the stop!!

Just tried one of St. Augustine’s newest food trucks, and wow—this place is already a standout! 🌴🔥 If you’re a fan of authentic Cuban food, you have to stop by. Their Cuban sandwich is easily one of the best in town: perfectly pressed bread, tender and flavorful pork, savory ham, melted Swiss, tangy pickles, and just the right amount of mustard. Every bite is pure comfort and packed with flavor. The vibe is fun, welcoming, and full of island energy, and you can tell everything is made with pride and care. It’s the kind of spot you discover once and immediately start telling your friends about. I like this place. I had a palomilla steak with black beans and rice with yuca. It was very delicious and the service was very nice.

The place is lunch truck with no indoor dining. Did not try food was too cold. Was aiming at the cuban pizza

I absolutely loves Hispanic flavor and i am in love with this new food truck, people are nice and the food is AMAZING!! is really interesting the way they do pizzas (Cuban pizzas)i love it, they also sell an excellent "comida criolla" my husband loves it as well we can't wait to be back and bring our entire family!!!
