Riley's Cheesesteaks

The food was just mid for me. I ordered a 12" chicken, 8" beef cheese steaks with cheese fries. The chicken was just ok, tasted like it was just seasoned from the whats been cooked on the flattop, did not have enough cheese and onions. The meat to bread ratio was lacking for the price. The beef, it was slightly better you can taste the seasoning , not enough cheese and onions and a lil less meet to bread ratio compared to the chicken. The cheese fries was the best part, over priced for the portion size bust I was happy to have cheese on every fry. Overall I'll rather drive a lil further away to get a better product, I live in Lovejoy. This 1st 2 pics are the chicken, the 3rd pic is the beef.

Riley’s Cheesesteaks is a MUST! 🔥 Juicy beef cheesesteak, crispy egg rolls, refreshing lemonade, and that cheesecake pudding was chef’s kiss. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and filling. If you’re in the Riverdale/Atlanta area, don’t sleep on this spot …I’ll definitely be back!

I'm a 50 yo woman from W Philly who's been in Atlanta for 30 years now. I stopped searching for cheesesteaks well over a decade ago because they've all been trash here. I got a strong recommendation from a friend of my husband’s, an old school Philly man (Mr. Gene) and I'm so glad I tried Riley's! Them jawns are the truth! Best cheesesteaks out of Philly. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They have a nice variety on the menu as well. And the owner is from N Philly & very personable. My new go to spot. I tried them twice before writing this review. had the chicken cheesesteak the first time and got the beef cheesteak the second time and BOTH times there was a lack of flavor. my mom is born and raised in philly and I had very high hopes for this place and sadly keep getting disappointed. i really wanted to like it, but i wish there was more flavor , it tastes barely seasoned. eating bread and meat. only giving 3 stars because it's black owned. it really deserves 2.

I had a Philly cheese steak and the 8in was very flavorful and seasoned good it had a decent amount of cheese ratio to the meat but I must say it was the most oily Philly I've ever eaten. So for that reason alone is why I wouldn't reccommend eating here unless you have A1 health. Way to greasy but other then that they are decent also 12in should be incorporated because the one 8in typically wouldn't be enough to satisfy a grown man ..
