Good ice cream but bad customer service... Really slow as well...
The ice cream is delicious but the people who works there ( females only) have nasty attitude. They need better customer service. The owner is super nice and have great customer service. He needs to work on hiring better personal to work.
Love the ice cream and tejuino but the employees are super rude. They have a very bad attitude. In my opinion they're getting paid to give good customer service. Seems like they don't want to be there.
Literally my favorite ice cream place. Even though there's almost always a long line, it goes by super fast. Workers aren't stingy with the servings either!
I love the Tamarindo garrafa and my mom loves the pistachio. Make sure to try the Tejuino. I can't wait to take my friends back.
