This place is good. Love all the outdoor seating. The chicken was moist with a smoky flavor. To me its a cross between pollo asado and bbq chicken. Tri tip needed a bit more flavor. Beans,coleslaw and potato salad were good. I love that its not store bought and they had good flavoring. Quesabirrias were nice and crispy the way I like um. I will definitely come back when coming to Morgan Hill/Gilroy area.

Ok, atmosphere has to take a hit, as it's a gravel lot, but they tried with the gazebo. So that's the only negative, everything else is unbelievable. I actually get excited when I see the trailer set up before the weekend. They are usually open Fri-Sun, but every time and again they show up. My favorite is the pulled pork sandwich. Its beyond tender and full of flavor. Any of the BBQ is amazing, but they also do traditional Mexican food that's just as awesome.

I had the 2 piece chicken with potato salad and coleslaw and it came with garlic bread. The chicken was dry, but I give them the benefit of the doubt, it was slow, probably because of the rainy weather. If it was busier, the food might be fresher. The slaw and potato salad was good, and they had some fresh hot peppers and delicious hot orange sauce in addition to the standard BBQ sauce. Surprisingly, the highlight for me was the garlic bread. It was very flavorful and perfectly soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Delicious. I will be coming back.

Girlfriend and I had a great time. Cool new up and coming spot. With other options near by for fresh juice. One of the ladies inside the food truck gave us samplers of all the meet. Everything was fall off the bone. Triticale sandwich was good with their hot bbq sauce.

HOT DAMM! This barque was amazing. I went here expecting some standard barbecue but boy was I surprised this spot is amazing I got the try-tip sandwich and the tacos they were both so delicious if you go you gotta get some tacos. They also have an amazing spot with all kinds of aqua Fresca and amazing fruit. If you are in the area Ricky’s barbecue is a must!
