Hands down, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year now, and every bite still hits the spot. The flavors are bold, the taste is unforgettable, and the overall experience is just different—in the best way. If you’re tired of the same old pizza chains, this place is a total game-changer. Hands down the best hole in the wall pizza joint near VCU. I've been coming here consistently for 5 years now and they've NEVER done me wrong. The pizza is made to order right in front of you, and the ingredients are always fresh. It looks and tastes like what pizza commercials sell you. The only time I've been disappointed is when they're closed! Super affordable as well, can feed 2 people with one pizza (14$ after tax/tip).

Family owned pizza join right in the heart of VCU's Monroe Park campus. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and reasonably priced for a fire roasted personal pan pizza. The place provides drinks as well as being open late. Vegan and vegetarian options are offered.

I love Richmond but I wanted a pizza place that is straight up pizza that does not end up being $35 for 2 people after I tip. That is what we got tonight! 6 toppings included for under $10? You know how much that would cost at PBR? I called in, and was so happy to hear it’d be ready in 10 minutes. Walked in, picked it up, still hot when I got home, and I ate the whole thing. Delicious, straight forward pizza. My toppings for these were sausage, pepperoni, tomatoes, green peppers, artichoke hearts. So happy to try Rick’s out!

Rick's is the best value pizza in RVA, period. For a solid $7.95 you get a 12 inch pie with Unlimited toppings (which are all prepped fresh). Not only that, they have pizza making down to a science. You can walk in and go from a fresh pulled doughball to ripping-hot pizza in 6 minutes flat. Service is always fast and friendly, even writing a special thank you on every pizza box. Rick's is even open until midnight on weeknights. RVA has quite a few pizza places but Rick's is one that you need to try, your taste buds will thank you.
