Worst BBQ EVER!!! The brisket hit us with a funky smell the second we opened the container—it lit up our truck like somebody cooked it with their feet. Not a single smoke ring in sight. 🤢 The chicken? Completely bland, no flavor, no smoke—should’ve been our first clue this was a bad choice. Neither the brisket nor chicken tasted fresh, and honestly, I’m just praying we don’t get sick. We only dared to take the tiniest bite. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. And how do you run out of bottled water at a BBQ spot?? WTH?? 🤦🏾‍♀️ This place is a BIG FAT NO from me. Whitney Houston said it best: “Hell to the No”—and that should be your note too.

Talk about some good eating ribs! They are delicious! I had a half rack. Unless you want to have leftovers, that may be enough for you. Also had the wings. They only come as whole wings. They’re like a jumbo size. Way bigger than I’d like for wings. They were good though. Nice outdoor seating in a picnic area. Fans spread around to keep you cool in the heat. Plenty of picnic tables. Also nice music playing.rick really puts his thing down! Good job sir!

We stopped here today for the first time- SO GOOD!! Friendly staff with smiles all around 😊 we had the Rick’s special (brisket, cole slaw & sauce) and the pulled pork. Def worth the stop!!

My husband was very excited to try this place today. He had the beef brisket platter. I had fried wings with macaroni and cheese and green beans sides. The food was great. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The only thing he did feel about the place was the prices being a little high. Could be because there’s not a lot of barbecue places around-That’s understandable. We’ll definitely return.

It's no hype, the Food is great, the service is great, and it's make for a great picnic in the woods. I had the collar greens, corn bread, and mac & cheese. All very good, but the star of the show was the Pulled Pork Platter, the pork was wonderful. Wanda the server was so friendly, with a wonderful smile helped steer me to the best deal. And indead the pulled pork is a great food value. eNJoy
