Rickey Meche's Donut King

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AND HORRIBLE DONUTS! I am always extremely pleasant because I want the same in return. First of all the cashier dropped my box on the nasty floor...she went to the back to get hot donuts...🤮...in 50 years...I've never had a donut that was disgusting! Greasy...mushy...a bit doughy...Literally made my stomach churn. My daughter, a student at UL apologized to me for asking me to go. I put them in the trash! Didn't want to bother going back to deal with the nasty attitude. Never again!

Only time I've ever RETURNED A DONUT. I got an eclair, which is my favorite thing to get, but there was no filling on one half of the donut, and only the tiniest squirt of cream in the other, shorter than the length of my pinky. I actually went back to the store to return it, and got a second one. Let that sink in: I actually returned a donut. The second one was the SAME PROBLEM. No filling on one side, and just the tiniest amount of filling on the other. Look, If I wanted a glazed donut, I would just get a glazed donut. An eclair isn't an eclair if it has no filling. The cost cutting has gotten so bad that it is fundamentally altered the quintessential essence of the product. "Would you like six inches of fried bread?" No. No, I would not.

Genuinely, I am not one to leave reviews, but one of the cashiers at this location is so beyond rude it’s not even funny. No “good morning”, no “how are you”, no “thank you”, no smile, nothing. It is so beyond obvious she does not want to be there, and I understand not liking your job but when people are paying customers some manners would be nice. Two cashiers over there are very nice. One with wavy black hair and the one that wears a little bandana are super friendly and sweet. The one with the glasses on the other hand, not so much.

We bought two king cakes. One cream cheese and one chocolate . We'll we opened the box labled chocolate to find out it was Bavarian cream of sorts. Also appread to be stale. What a disappointment. We were told they were baked that morning. Bought at Pinkook location.

Got one king cake for my co- worker. It was so good! Friendly staff! Hot glazed donut and cake donut were good!
