Richman's Ice Cream

We love this place! Their soft serve ice cream is the best. Lots of other options too if someone in the family wants something else. Really friendly service and very fast. We only found out about it this summer and have already been multiple times.

Their ice cream sucks. It doesn’t taste anything like Dairy King’s soft serve. Also dairy king (the original owners) trained the employees to make a cone so that the ice cream wouldn’t fall off or drip down your hands while you ate it. When the Jones’ bought it, it would drip all over and even worse when I left Richman’s, I walked about ten feet and the whole top of the ice cream fell on the ground. Also dairy king rolled the ice cream in jimmies, they didn’t spoon them on top. Wish so much that the original couple who owned it would move back and buy it back!

I love that richmans offers gluten free cones! They don't always have them but that's no biggie, I just appreciate sometimes being able to get an ice cream cone! I usually get the salted caramel soft serve with chocolate sprinkles but today I got the orange soft serve with pineapple topping and chocolate sprinkles. I really liked it! And my dog was happy with her treat (vanilla ice cream between two milk bones). It's so hard to find gluten free ice cream shops so I really appreciate being able to eat at richmans! I also wanted to note for anyone wondering, there's no option to tip on your card so if you go, bring cash to tip! I always forget and end up coming back later with cash. Everyone there was super nice :)

Top tier ice cream! Even so that a bigger food company I work for now uses their 3gallon ice creams for Ice Cream socials we host!! Patience for the young ladies running the window but they do exceptional work for how busy it can get.

Ice cream is pretty good. Water ice doesn’t have a lot of flavor. Don’t get chocolate or cherry dips they are awful.
