Update Feb 2026: I visited this place again. I ordered a kung po chicken. It was just okay. The person at the register was different than before. No communication issues at all. The place is very nicely decorated and very clean. Portion size is a little small but the price is also a little below normal market rate. I tried the wonton soup and it was good Original review: I wanted to try a new Chinese place so I stopped by this place. The place is pretty small. It is very clean. Most of his business is takeout. They do have some people that eat in. The person at the register spoke very softly so it was difficult to hear what she was saying. I ordered a lunch combo chicken with mixed vegetables and hot and sour soup. Portion size was pretty small. Hot and sour soup was not spicy at all. T
I wish I could go back in time and not bother ordering from Rice. This was the worst chicken fried rice I’ve ever eaten… no veggies, no eggs, just overcooked, mushy rice, onion, and plain chicken, yet the menu online advertises that there’s mixed veggies included. I called and they said “Oh… that’s wrong.” Dumplings also tasted like nothing and the sesame chicken was 50% pieces of fried breading covered in sauce. Wonton soup contained wontons that were doughy/tacky, so probably raw. I would have eaten tastier food and saved money had I purchased frozen and cooked it at home. First and last time ordering from here. Would not recommend. Sushi Moto on the other side of town blows this place out of the water.
Absolutely delighted and delicious what a great remodel and love coming here to sit and enjoy my meal. The food always comes out hot and on time, so well worth the flavors that make you smile !
Dined in our first time there and it was great. It was quiet and clean and the server was super attentive. We had the crab Rangoon for an appetizer and then Pork Lo Mein and Orange Chicken combos. The Crab Rangoon came out really fast as did the food. Orange chicken was delicious and very flavorful. Pork Lo Mein did not disappoint either. Will definitely be going back.
Our first time to try this restaurant & we really liked the food. I had chicken with mixed veggies in a white sauce, my spouse had General Taos chicken with fried rice. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The restaurant was very clean. There were nice tables set up for sit down service. Although it’s out of the way for us, I would definitely go back.
