The FDR memorial on has one work restroom the men’s. It’s handicap accessible and clean. It has two stalls.
Closed. Nearest restroom is north by about 5-10 min.
Don't expect hotel like decorated bathrooms, but they are clean and that's what mostly matters to me. My main focus, there is a place to do "business".
