It's a really basic restroom area. There are no water fountains outside. Inside, there's only one toilet. There are no sinks and only hand sanitizer. As for accessing it, if you go from the first part of the roundabout of the Sunset Vista parking area, there's an accessible ramp, or if you're on the second half of the roundabout- there's a short gravel path.
ADA accessible and verywell maintained with toilet tissue and hand sanitizer always available.
