Clean, flush toilet, cold water sink, toilet paper and seat covers, but no hand soap or paper towels/hand dryer. Single user/unisex restrooms, part of the State Park, user fee to park. Leffington Landing at San Simeon State Park, posted as open 8 am to sunset
