I am not sure how but it seems like they may have once resided under Cayuga lake. My devices have picked up water-goblins before so I am thinking that is what has happened here. Emissions were mild in downtown Ithaca, but when I got to the shore, they skyrocketed. I sat in stall 3 for about an hour but had no face to face activity. Continuing my search!
I don't know y google. Maps says the restroom is closed. But they r open
