I came here to having a nice bowl of soup. Lucky with this nasty blizzard, they were open. I haven't been here since I was in my 20s so this restaurant looks completely different than before, bringing great memories of my mom and I eating here from the cathedral (church). We were greeted by our mesera/ waitress name Lissette. She was awesome and on point. My soup ( sopa de res) was everything I wanted especially during this type of weather. Service was awesome, as I mentioned before, Lissette made sure we had everything we needed and if we had any questions, she was more than happy to suggest and accomodate anything we wished to eat. The atmosphere, WOW 😳. I was not expecting for this place to be so warming, colorful, yet CULTURALLY inviting. That was important to me. I do recommend t
Our first time here, and we’ll definitely be back! The food was excellent with generous portions, and the service went above and beyond. The place is beautifully decorated. I especially loved the mural and the fun message boards throughout. It wasn’t loud, which made it perfect for great conversation during dinner. We also picked up some bakery items to go, and they were absolutely delicious. We came on a Saturday night as a group of six and didn’t have to wait long at all. Overall, a fantastic experience!
The pupusas were delicious! I ordered the loroco con queso ones& they were a 10/10! The service was also great! Our waiter Maritza was sweet and attentive! The atmosphere and vibes were also great! If you want authentic Salvadoran food this is the spot to go! 🇸🇻🇸🇻
We stopped by for some warm soup. It was a cold day. The soup came in a large bowl. Comes with rice or tortillas. It was very hearty. Full of meat and good veggies. It was just what I was looking for. My dd enjoyed his chicken soup and fresh juice. The OJ was good too. The tacos were ok but this is not a Mexican restaurant. I think it was the sprinkled Parmesan cheese that threw it off. Our waiter was attentive and took very good care of us. The place is well decorated for night life. Likes of blue light paint. Very unique.
Excellent Salvadoran food. Awesome Baleadas, delicious pupusas, heartwarming soups full of flavor. Nice interior and exterior design with beautiful murals. We love eating here.
