Restaurant Kang Yi

..while running errands around Plaza 20 Once, I came across this little place.. I am glad I walked in! I asked for my 3 favorites dishes, First, what is essentially a combination fried rice with eggs, shrimps, chinese barbecue pork with only salt and green scallion (no soy sauce and food color), Second dish, Ma Po tofu is another favorite of mine, not many chinese restaurants can do it well, Lastly, a Tijuana chinesse dish that you can find at pretty much all of the chinesse restaurants in TJ, breaded deep fried shrimps stir fried with seasoning and minced garlic sitting on top of stir fried green bean sprout.. Wow! All three dishes exceeded my expectation, LOL I started eating without taking some pics first..

One of the best Chinese food south of the border. I totally recommend it.
