The tall thin man and the younger lady both were very helpful today. The man did not just point or tell me where an item is located but he walked over to help me find the product. The second item I was looking for today was almost sold out. Rather than telling me to "go to the website" or "place an order online," the young lady put in a store fulfillment order so that there would be more for other customers to buy as well. You rarely find employees who go beyond than their base level job description duties.

Love this store. Wide selection of products at a good price. Always has what I need for my business.

We recently purchased a large open air refrigerator for our grocery business and very much appreciated Joe Scott's professionalism as well as knowledge and advice about all of his products. Joe assisted us throughout the entire purchasing process, from answering our initial questions to scheduling the delivery and even loading the unit. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with moving the large refrigerator into our store and we cannot thank him enough for this. We very highly recommend him and his business for anyone who needs restaurant equipment! We're planning to purchase another large refrigerator very soon and I know who to contact.

Huuuuuge selection of probably anything you'll ever need in a restaurant. Came here for tables and chairs since online would take a bit too long and shipping was a bit of a hassle with fees and scheduled delivery and whatnot. Ended up walking out with a handful of other things lol Prices are comparable to online suppliers, sometimes cheaper (i.e. webstaurantstore) and you get to see it in person which is always a perk. Most definitely will be checking this place out before online next time we need something.

The manager of this business was very helpful to me. I had an emergency need for a refrigerator. Not only did he help me get just the right model for my needs, but he also had it delivered to me in the same morning! Definitely a business that I intend to utilize again in the future.
