I’ve been buying stuff at this place for a long time. I swear to God they don’t even deserve one star. They are the most rude customer service I’ve ever seen in my life, number one the workers in the back they should be all replaced if you don’t like your job, you quit your job Not talk to customer disrespectfully they should go learn skills how to talk with people truly poor service do not waste your money by product in this place. They are very rude and disrespectful. They don’t deserve business. They’re plenty other places you can buy stuff. Truly truly honest to God do not waste your money. Here they have no manners.

Don’t waste your time with them if you want something custom. It been about 3 weeks since I requested a quote (including a phone call). If you go in and they have what you want, it seems fine but I won’t be returning.

Can you try to drive a little better and not drive like knobs and cut people off in your company vehicles? Have a little decency or brains at least.

Horrible. Bought a gas range and fryolator and had them special order me a gas steam table they did not have in stock. I picked up steam table got it home and open it to find a electric steam table, I called and they told me I could return it but they weren't going to pick it up. I drive and hour back to return it and THEN they tell me 20% re stock fee applies. I said you gave me wrong appliance - they scream 'you signed for model xyz, you got model xyz.' I said I never asked for THAT model xyz, just a gas model and your employee ordered the wrong model. Too bad they say. I won't pay a restock fee for your mistake, fighting it out with credit card company. Beware of dishonest bad business practices.

If I can, I want to give them -100 stars. They sold used broken little freezer for $900. My husband asked them to be fixed and said can’t do anything. We only use this for one night and killed my food and which cost hundreds. Everybody in paradise said has no responsibilities on this. This is scam. You better not go there.
