Restaurant Depot Express

All was good this i got to the register. The lady then said that my kids are not allowed in the store. Mind you my kids are very well mannered and do not run through stores or grab this off the shelves, they are not loud and they stay out of the way of other shoppers. I did inform the cashier they have now lost a loyal customer. I will not shop at stores that my kids are not allowed in. They also do not have a signage stating this. Do Better because now I will not recommend you to anyone.

As far as I know this store has the worst and meanest customer service ever. We spent thousands in month buying products and yet they treat you like you are in some dollar store or some homeless entering the store. Today I needed help because I have a injured shoulder and asked the cashier if someone can help me out with a bag of Charcoals and one of the supervisor named Ariana told the cashier that she can go and take it from over there with a full face attitude rude body language and when I told her that I still need help someone to put it in car and she got mad and I told her to STOP I don’t want it anymore. What a joke these days anyone can be a supervisor with zero manner and zero level of customer service.

I wanted to go shop at this location because it's closer. But with all this bad reviews and friends who went there got treat terribly. I think I will reconsider to go shop in a different location. I will weather travel to a different city instead. Where I feel more welcome. I hate ruined employees. This store need to retrain their employees. All costumers who comes shopping at that location it doesn't matter if you're a member or as a guest should have been treat equal. If not Then the business need to shut down. Why keep your business open to public when most costumers are unwelcome. I would have put a zero.

I walked in today (12/30/25 @ 11am) with my younger sister, and before we even stepped fully inside, an employee immediately yelled across the store at us, “Are you guys members?” She literally abandoned the customer she was checking out so she could publicly interrogate us at the doorway. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and instantly made us feel targeted. When I calmly said I would be checking out as a guest, she continued to interrogate us, asking if we were over 18. I am a 25-year-old Asian American woman and my sister is 17. After I answered honestly, she refused to allow my sister inside the store, telling her to leave. Open to the public. You will need to get a day pass, but it's free. Found some good sales. The freezer is a little chaotic. All in all, it was a good experience and we will be returning
