Called looking for a specific item was placed on hold me being a member and everything was on hold for 8 mins then they just hung up on me. Horrible service. I didn’t get her name but it was a lady.
I stopped by after being referred by another business owner who assured me you carry products we purchase multiple times a month. I attempted to get a day pass, but was told I couldn’t because my children had to either stay outside or remain in the car. It was 105 degrees—should I really be expected to leave my car running with my kids inside and risk it being stolen? I’m extremely disappointed. You’ve lost what could’ve been a significant and loyal account due to policies that are not only unreasonable but potentially unsafe.
