Restaurant Curio Shop

I would like to know if this restaurant is still in business. I used to love staying at the hotel across the street many years ago and eating steak at the restaurant if I could get there before it closed for the night. It was a great place to wait for the snow to pass before approaching the South Rim from the east. Now, I stay in my old favorite, Red Feather Lodge, in Tusayan. From there, I ride up to the canyon and straight to visit the Desert Tower. The best experience is leisurely cruising back westward, safely taking all the turnouts to the overlooks as right turns (not crossing traffic). At the end of the day, I find myself back at the road back to Tusayan where there's a good choice of food, Red Feather, and of course the IMAX Theater. The Grand Canyon film there is a must see!
