Resco Restaurant & Store Equipment

We purchased a commercial dishwasher from Resco for $2,600, under the impression it was brand new. After just six months, the unit began malfunctioning, and we've faced significant challenges in obtaining support from the company. Recently, we discovered that the dishwasher was previously used, despite being sold to us as new. This misrepresentation has left us with no choice but to file a claim with American Express. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability from Resco. [Update] Following my initial review, Josh from Resco reached out after reading about our experience. It turns out that our salesperson never escalated the situation to management, and the leadership team had been unaware of the issue. Once Josh got involved, things changed quickly. H

I have been shopping here for restaurant, bar & home purchases for almost 20 years. Ovens, fridges, coolers, sandwich tables, blenders, juicers, garbage cans, pans, glassware, they have a great variety. The staff are great, Paul is a great, knowledgeable sales person. I have had a couple issues with newer appliances and getting them fixed or traded in under warranty has been no problem. Thanks to Paul and Josh as well for taking care of these issues. Sure, you can go shop at other places but you can't beat the level of service you get here. This place is great.

went there to find a stainless steel table. They had a bunch of both new and used options. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors and was given excellent service. I found everything I needed and got my item delivered for free within a few hours of purchase. I had a great experience!

Resco is by far the best restaurant supply store in Utah. They can help anyone with anything. Whether you are just buying items for your home kitchen or need custom fabrication or anything needed to run a full scale restaurant. I always am treated with respect and feel that my time is valued by the entire staff. We have been using resco for over 4 years now and would never use any of the other companies in the state. Resco is top notch and extremely helpful and straight forward!!
