Red's Crab Shack

Made a reservation, Arrived at 3:30.pm. I was given a free sample appetizer ( coconut shrimp) tiny shrimp and very over cooked. Rhin my server ( she....was Amazing ) I ordered The crab cake basket and I selected hush puppies not fries & coleslaw. Coleslaw was great.....crab balls & hush puppies were what looked like reheated. Tasted ok but honestly....I was greatly disappointed with the food presentation..& dark brown appearance. Service from Rhin....was the best along with my coconut milk tea.

I had the wings and cheesecake for dessert and both were great. The wings were flavorful and fresh, and the cheesecake was the perfect way to treat myself. Lexi was my waitress very friendly, relaxed, and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was welcoming, and overall it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back.

We went in and right away the waitress Kimi was very attentive and very kind and an amazing personality. She made us have an unforgettable experience and the food was even more than amazing!! This is definitely a place to go and get a task of a different culture! Overall everything was amazing!

Upon entering today we saw Mikaylah's smile and professionalism right away. The service was impeccable with compassion answer any questions we had in our order low country boil. Was so delicious and healthy I split it with hubby and still had leftovers. I will say the potatoes and corn are my favorite with light seasoning of old bay. Great job 👏 Best 💯 seafood in Jacksonville NC. 🙌

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Red’s Crab Shack! Hands down, the best shrimp po’ boy I’ve ever had in my life! It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The hush puppies were equally amazing: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and completely addictive. My family ordered the P2 and P6 pho, and they couldn’t stop raving about them. The flavors were rich and comforting, and the portion sizes were extremely generous, especially for the quality you’re getting. Our server, Kimi, truly elevated the entire experience. She was impeccable, so attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She even let us know that if you make a reservation an hour in advance, you get a free starter, which is such a great bonus and shows how much they value their guests. Ever
