Ordered a 10lb frozen package with free shipping. Received a priority overnight delivery by FedEx. All items are still frozen on arrival. Can't wait to enjoy them!

I really want to give Red's five stars. The quality is excellent and I want to support local New England families. However, for the second straight order an item has been missing. Each time the explanation was that the item was out of stock. No communication at all. Each time I had to let them know it wasn't included. This feels like a process issue. Call me, email me, offer me a replacement. At least do something. Instead my order shows up without enough sushi for the sushi dinner my family was expecting. Not a great experience.
