I tried this healthy food spot inside the rec center for the first time and was really impressed. The atmosphere is great. You can sit inside or outside and watch the tennis courts, which makes it very relaxing. The food was top-notch. Fresh, hot, flavorful, and honestly tasted even better than it looked. You can tell quality matters here. Service was fast and the staff was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to my fellow Palm Coast residents. I’m adding photos because the food deserves it.

Update after a year! This place is amazing. I just ate a new menu item the turkey bacon and brie sandwich. Oh! So good I had to edit my review just to rave. Thanks for having such an awesome menu! <3 Review: I don't have enough kind words for this place. The people that run this really love cooking to help people feel better and make healthy decisions. I feel their care in the wonderful flavor and seasonings they put in their meals. The restraunt has great smash burgers, and street tacos. If I HAD to nitpick something I'd say they should expand the smoothie ingredients selection to provide a wider and more custom selection, but they are still great smoothies. First time customer that will be returning! My son said his smash burger was delicious! I loved the Pineapple Power Tea and the Acai bowl. The owner answered questions and I watched her kindness with everyone while we ate. They even have take home meals! Thanks!

So happy to have a cafe nearby with delicious food! They have great gluten free and dairy free options. I’ve had the tacos, which I loved, and a few of their pre-prepared meals which were all delicious. The homemade Nutter butters are amazing, and also happen to be gluten-free and vegan. I really like their juices, and they have fresh coffee too. Would highly recommend checking them out!
