Red, Wine & Brew - Mentor

There were 4 of us 2 ran a few min behind. It took 15 min for server to come and ask if we wanted drinks! I feel that the quality of food has changed. Need more choices! It took over 15 min and 2 requests to bring our check. Then to find out she had 11 tables! Where is management?

We all Loved the place but after a gathering almost half of us were left with terrible stomach pains bloating gas and inflammation of the intestines. I just thought it was me but after mentioning the pain and walking funny holding my stomach come to find out 4 out of 6 people I asked said the same thing happened to them. Some people didn’t eat the same things we think we narrowed it down to wraps/sandwiches but we aren’t really sure. Just be careful as I almost went to the Hospital the pain was that bad and I knew something was wrong ecoli idk but something happened to half or more of the 40+ group

Last night I attended the non-alcoholic tasting event at this establishment and it was a fantastic experience! The vendors were informative and pleasant, and I was extremely impressed with Red Wine and Brew's retail selection of alcohol free products! Whether you are looking for mocktail ingredients, or a variety of non-alcoholic wine and beer choices, they have it all. I cut alcohol out of my life one year ago, and I greatly appreciate that more and more establishments are carrying and offering non-alcoholic options. I do want to mention that they also carry a huge variety of regular wine and beer products. Truly, something for everyone, which is great! This was great for a kid free date night with the hubby! It was quiet and laid back with a friendly staff that gives you space and isn't in your face every 5 minutes (Shout out to Stephan S)! The drink list was phenomenal and there were plenty of awesome $4 beers to choose from! Not to mention, there's basically a Drank Library attached with make your own 6 packs and some really cool flavors! Now for the food... The Baja Fish Tacos were AWESOME and made with some Delicious Walleye 😋 The Cuban was pretty good but, it had a taste of tuna that was just a little odd. And we were excited to try the Bistro Bison Burger and, even though we asked for Medium, we were still given the "chef recommended medium rare". This place is very clean and connected to a large store of every beer and wine that you can think of from every region. The bar has a really nice selections of beers that you try before purchasing and a nice plethora of wines and mixed cocktails. You can purchase cigars in the store and enjoy them or a cigarette out on a designated outdoor area(that is tented and heated in winter months). The food is fine if you like basic flatbreads and a small menu of burgers and basic food. The reason I say it is basic is because they used to have a really nice menu of oxtail, a red pepper sauce gnocchi, a goulash style dish and a lot of other really nice choices. I feel that they have shortened the menu down to a basic bar style menu that is a little pricey, instead of the really nice restaurant selec
