She has a real passion for what she does. She has very high quality coffee beans, and all different types with all different notes and flavors. She even has decaf. You can get them in whole beans or ground. I believe you can get them ground at any size you need. They are always fresh! She is always willing to work with what you need. Also she will find you the perfect roast. Just for you! While I was there, she was roasting a fresh batch of beans, and it was quite the science. She has a nice little seating patio if you want to sit and visit and learn more about coffee beans.

I love that Mikki provides a great quality product and I can support a small business with my daily coffee habit. She is meticulous, detail oriented, and provides a very freshly roasted bean with great flavor. I especially love she has a dark roast DECAF if you are looking to cut caffeine from your life. Mikki KNOWS her coffee!!! Hubs and I had a date day at the Red Umbrella and I highly recommend it!! I thought I knew a lot about coffee…oh my goodness!! We learned a wealth of bean knowledge from Mikki and she’s also super fun!! Now it’s my local jam for keeping my own stash stocked! I have a wimpy digestive system, and among her bean arsenal you will sample beans that does NOT sacrifice full flavor for low acidity!! I was fortunate to try the Nicaragua Organic coffee as well as the Mexico Altura decaf. Beautifully roasted and amazingly smooth. I love the flavor and love having the decaf option to drink in to the evening.

My wife and I just went there for exquisite coffee beans, and she let us do a taste test. And we decided on the India extra bold, because I like dark roast and I'm very picky about the type of dark roast, and this is amazingly smooth with a sweet note. You can drink this completely straight and not be offended by the bold taste, unlike other beans I have tried from other roasters. Overall, it's a very nice place. She seems to always be willing to work with you and find the best beans for your taste buds!
