Excellent bakery in downtown Winchester in a charming old building. Free dog biscuits. Some seating inside and outside. Free limited parking. Everything we ordered was very good tasting. Limited coffee selection. No expresso drinks I believe. Standing in small cash register area can get crowded. They really do have a red old Ford truck on property! I shall return! 😋

Out of curiosity and hunger I stopped for lunch in February. It was fantastic, a great savory Chicken Salad Sandwich full of surprises: chopped grapes, cranberries, and walnuts. And most delightfully surprising, they carry Maine Root Ginger Beer-the best Ginger Ale on the planet. My new favorite spot!

Fifteen years ago, we celebrated our wedding with Red Truck’s double chocolate moonshine cake, so today it was such a joy to stop in with our kids and share that memory with them. We asked if they still made the cake and explained our wedding story, only to learn it’s now been replaced by the peach version. When our kids picked out their treats and we went to check out, we were surprised with a couple of slices of peach moonshine cake—gifted to us with the kindest note. What a thoughtful gesture! Thank you, Red Truck Bakery, for making our visit so special. We can’t wait to come back again soon. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by—this is a bakery worth supporting!

Always love an excuse to head out to Warrenton and Red Truck Bakery. Fantastic visit today with a tasty lunch and a delicious Pecan Pie to bring home. (Happy Birthday to me 😋) The staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have had a better visit. We even decided to order a Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie to be delivered to a family member in Mississippi.

Outstanding first time experience! I've been wanting to try this award winning bakery for some time and was finally able to. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The selection quite large, offering a variety of savory and sweet treats, all fresh and with beautiful presentation. I bought myself three different pieces and each was extremely fresh, airy soft, and SO delicious! I can honestly easily understand why they're award winners! I'm hoping to go to their other locations and try them out as well, along with a few other treats. The Warrenton one does have a small indoor dining space, some cafe options for a quick meal, and is very close to the downtown area. Small parking is available, but lots of street parking available nearby.
