Red Straw

Good burger. Monday lunch at about 1:00. We both had a single patty cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Meaty burger but had a dry texture and not a lot of flavor. The bun and condiments were good and fresh. The wait time was long so order ahead of you can.

There is not one negative thing that I can say about this place. The restaurant is absolutely adorable. When you walk in, you instantaneously have a smile on your face. The menu is displayed in such a chic , creative way. The menu is full and amazing. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The prices still blow me away. You can not go anywhere that I know of and get the amount of food for the price as you can here. The employees are so kind and personable. I am addicted to their lemonade, and their bengiets , in my opinion, are better than Cafe Du Monde. Keep up the amazing job, Redstraw.

I've had the wings, burgers, and smoothies. Have not been disappointed with any of those items. Was delighted to learn all of their drinks are diabetic friendly!

Best shrimp poboy EVER! Shrimp were seasoned and fried to perfection! The service was A+. I will eat here every time I am in New Roads!!! Loved!
