Red Stone Drive In

Drove to visit the Natural Tunnel State Park and a mile or two before you reach the park entrance is the Red Stone Drive in restaurant. What a gem in the middle of the mountains. Your greeted like family. The resturant is very clean and eclectic decore. Warm atmosphere with a wide variety of food to choose from on the menu. For me it was a cheeseburger and onion rings both delicious. If your in the vicinity of the Natural Tunnel state park stop, eat, and enjoy

Cute little diner with good food and great staff. We shared the daily special ( cheeseburger, tots and drink for $9.99) and had ice cream sundaes🍨 we would definitely come back again.

We camp at Natural Tunnel State Park frequently and were so happy to see this place open back up. We have been twice and both times the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The chicken tender dinner is one of our favorites. It comes with choice of potato, (cole slaw, macaroni salad or salad), and toast. Good size servings mean you won’t leave hungry. Save room for dessert though. We’ve had the hot fudge cake, milkshake and ice cream and it was all very good. Highly recommend! Only a few minutes from the park so great for rainy days or when you’re tired and pull into the campground late or really anytime you want a good meal.

We rode in from out of state to camp at Natural Tunnel and stopped at Red Stone for dinner. Everyone was so friendly, and the food was delicious. I don't get to say this much anyone, but the prices are beyond reasonable. I'm not sure you'll find another place to feed to whole family at what it will cost you at Red Stone!

Best roadside diner in SW VA! Burgers and tots are off the hook, and the whole place exudes country comfort. If you're staying at Natural Tunnel State Park, don't bother cooking, just come here for lunch and dinner!
